About me

Hi, I'm Alexandra, the artist and printmaker behind MegaLilyDesign. I create original linocut prints from my studio in Brighton & Hove.

My inspiration comes from the natural world and the mystery of humankind. My prints can broadly be split into two main themes - Nature and Nurture.

 

My Nature prints include plants, flowers and seedheads as well as wildlife, from Teasels to Dandelion Clocks, Astrantia to Agapanthus, Hedgehogs to Wrens.

 

Recently I have produced a collection of work around Nurture and Connection, this work is very close to my heart and is grounded in my exploration of the Inner Child, I hope that the work resonates with you.

My prints are all originals, individually printed by me in my studio. My prints range from limited editions, reduction prints to smaller open editions, as it is important to me that everyone can acces owning a piece of original artwork, regardless of budget.
